You may have received a recent email with the message “You have been unsubscribed from the SNMSHRM mailing list” in the subject line. Please rest assured you are not being unsubscribed! In the recent past, SNMSHRM had a vendor contract in place with a third party who sent out emails as part of a service to the Chapter Members. You received the notice from the third party vendor, (not the website) as per our recent cancelation of that third party service.
You WILL continue to receive communications from your Southern New Mexico SHRM Chapter just as you have been receiving them in past years! And as of last year, those messages have been (and will continue to be) coming from the Chapter Website from either Board Members or your Communications Director, Ryan Stoltzfus.
Cost Per Hire National Standard
Designed as a tool to allow an organization to determine accurate and comparable costs of recruitment through a standard algorithm to calculate of the recruiting costs to be incorporated into cost-per-hire. Standard is structured at a high level. Specific consideration and responses are also addressed for consideration by individual organizations based on specific hiring environments and requirements.
